Caramelized leeks and mushrooms slowly simmered in chicken stock with herbs and redskin potatoes finished with cream and sour cream.

The French classic! Simmered leeks and potatoes pureed with cream and serve chilled with chopped chives.

Leek and Mushroom Strudel

Caramelized mixed mushrooms and leeks blended with chevre’ cheese, fresh herbs and baked to a golden brown. Eat as is or warm in oven.

Dolphin safe albacore tuna tossed with mayo, capers, lemon zest, Italian parsley and onions stuffed in a tomato on mixed greens.
